Precautionary Measures After Brazilian Waxing

A Brazilian wax is a type of Bikini wax which involves the removal of pubic hairs in the genital area. Though the process can be quite painful at times but once you surpass that, you will always feel great and the pain will be worth it. Precautions After Doing Brazilian Waxing:

·      Our professional therapist will prescribe you some kind of soothing lotion or gel for you to continue on re-applying until the skin has settle.

·         Don’t wear tight clothing for 48 hours of freshly Brazilian wax.

·         Avoid Steam bath and public swimming pools for next 2 days atleast after waxing.

·         Do not apply any perfumed oils, lotions or washes after the wax as this will irritate the skin.

·         Try and avoid as much ingrown hair by exfoliating the area with loofah and a tea tree wash daily. Ingrown hair is the blockage of the follicle due to the build up of skin blocking the entrance, if you let it grow, the hair will then curl and create a lump under the skin can be a bit irritating or even sore for some clients.

         You can use various products as recommended by our therapists that can assist with the prevention and clearing any ingrown hairs, you can even take advises for these at your appointment session.
